Rockford IT offers a range of IT and Computer Support options, available as either 12 hour (0730-1930) or 24 hour, to suit each individual business and their requirements. Please choose from the following options for further details.

  • 12 or 24 hour support - Clients can take full advantage of Rockford IT’s support service, any time of day, any day of the week with its Network Operations Centre (NOC) operating 24/7/365, a favourable option for companies who work out of normal working hours and cannot afford downtime. Alternatively, Rockford IT offers a solution to support clients from 0730-1930 Monday to Friday as standard to cater for clients who may be working earlier or later than normal business hours.

  • Temporary or Full support - Rockford IT provides full, ongoing support if required, or for companies needing 2nd/3rd line support or cover for IT staff who are out of the office, a temporary support solution is available.

  • Remote Support - Rockford IT provides 99% of support by remote means, connecting to customers’ PCs or servers remotely over secure, direct channels. Benefits include immediate on-screen support, essential out-of-hours maintenance and reduced downtime due to less time spent travelling to site, offering a more cost effective solution for the customer.   • Support for Mobile Devices - Advice and support is available for the Apple iPhone®, Blackberry®, Smartphones, PDAs and other mobile devices, as a one off or ongoing service.

  • Secure - Rockford IT’s service desk and monitoring systems use IPSec tunnels to ensure that traffic to and from clients’ networks is secure. In addition, the systems and access control lists in place allows traffic to be directed one way only, ensuring that all networks are completely isolated and secured. This coupled with Rockford IT’s ISO/IEC 27001 certification gives the utmost protection for customers networks and data.
