Shropshire based managed IT services provider Rockford IT, now part of SysGroup PLC have appointed another member of staff, taking their total up to 42. Peter Hull joined as a 2nd Line Technician at the beginning of November.
Peter has had both a career in the Royal Air Force and the Armed Forces. After breaking his elbow, Peter took on a distant learning course in IT and has worked various roles within the IT industry at companies including; EntaNet, Network Telecom and E-know.
In his role as 2nd Line Technician at Managed Services Provider Rockford IT, Peter will act upon incidents reported to the service desk and will be involved in troubleshooting and problem solving for our customer base.
Rockford IT’s Service Desk Manager, Johnathan comments:
“It’s great to be joined by Peter as he now brings our service desk team to full capacity, it’s great to be expanding the service desk team and Peter will be able to draw upon skills from various members of the team.”
