Another Two New Staff Members Join Rockford IT

Telford based IT services supplier, Rockford IT, has appointed two new staff members to strengthen its team and ensure quality service for customers.

The new appointments include Liz Beck as Customer Care Coordinator and Scott Eastman as 3rd Line Technician.

Liz has nine years worth of customer service experience gained from work at Reconomy and Interserve Healthcare. She will be responsible for delighting our customers and will be their first touch point when they have an enquiry. Liz will be working very closely with other departments at Rockford IT to help resolves customers queries quickly and efficiently.

Rockford IT’s Customer Care Manager, Michelle comments:

“It’s great to have Liz join the team and her extensive experience in customer service means she will help us achieve the best quality service for our customers”

As a 3rd Line Technician, Scott will be responsible for supporting Rockford IT in meeting our goal of delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise, and will act as a point of escalation for the 2nd Line Technicians. Scott has worked in a technical role at companies for 19 years, including Entatech and SDMS Ltd.

Rockford IT’s Service Desk Manager, Johnathan comments:
